Everyday, homeowners in Maricopa County encounter dangerous repair issues with their homes, that they just can’t afford. This could be a grandparent, living on a fixed income, with NO AIR CONDITIONING because of electrical issues. A neighbor who just lost their job and have PLUMBING THAT IS BACKED UP. These are friends, family, and neighbors who just need some help. There are government programs for this, but the need is too great, and help is limited.

​According to the Maricopa County Public Health the Arizona Heat is responsible for claiming of the lives of more than 645 people in 2023, with thousands more visiting hospitals due to heat related illnesses.

Maricopa County says that of the 645 that died last year, 156 people died inside their homes due to electrical or a/c problems.
At Tyler’s House, we know that we are not the only solution, but we believe we can help!
